This Privacy Policy sets out the guidelines for the processing of personal data provided to us by the REZEFY User through our website rezefy.com (Website).

For clarification purposes, A User means the can be but not limited to a landlord, a tenant a third party or any legal or natural person who, with or without contracting REZEFY's services, has a relationship with REZEFY. CATEGORIES AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA

The categories and types of personal data that may be processed by REZEFY are classified into identification data and contact data, as well as payment data:

• Identification and contact information: Name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number IP address, device type, browser, or geographic location, ID, biometric data.
• Billing and payment information. Billing address, current account number and bank details. Necessary data to make and complete an invoice.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data provided by the User to REZEFY will be processed for the following purposes:

• Manage the User's registration through the Website.

This may include verifying ID documents, performing soft background checks via third-party providers, or using biometric methods (e.g., facial matching). When the User contacts REZEFY through the means of contact enabled for this purpose and provides their data, REZEFY will process them to manage and respond to the request or inquiry made and contact in connection with such request or inquiry.
• Send satisfaction surveys to evaluate REZEFY's activity. REZEFY may send surveys to evaluate its services, products and activities.
• Analytical. Perform internal analysis. With regard to data for a position at REZEFY, data will be retained for six (6) months and may request consent to keep it for an additional six (6) months.

DATA RECIPIENTS

This sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for the rental transaction.
• Auditors, consultants, and other similar consulting and auditing firms.

• Companies that manage the REZEFY Website and social profiles.
• Other companies that provide services to REZEFY and that need access to the data in order to provide the specific service.
• In the case of online payments, your data may be shared with payment providers for processing, fraud prevention, and verification purposes.

Likewise, the User's personal data may be processed and communicated within the framework of preparatory and review actions and acts prior and subsequent to commercial operations of any nature, such as, and/or substitution in the activity, including but not limited to merger, spin-off, global transfer of assets and liabilities, contribution or transfer of business or branch of business activity, or any business and/or corporate restructuring operation of analogous nature, contemplated by the commercial regulations; as well as within the framework of the aforementioned commercial operations.

In the event that they are processed in countries outside the European Economic Area and in countries that do not offer the same level of protection as the European Economic Area, REZEFY will take the necessary legal measures, such as the subscription of the corresponding standard contractual clauses that may be applicable.

REZEFY has adopted the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, processing and / or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, both by human action and by the physical and natural environment.
