A 100% online process.

The whole booking happens 100% online, so there's no need for in-person visits, phone calls, or chasing messages back and forth with the landlord.

Send your request

Fill in a short form with your details and send the request to the listings you want. The landlord will get back to you within 48 hours with a decision.

Payment, protected until move-in

Once your booking request is accepted, your booking is confirmed and your place is secured. Your first month's rent is then protected with us until 24 hours after you've successfully moved in.

Coordinate with your landlord

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be connected directly with your landlord to coordinate the paperwork, key collection, and any other move-in details together.

Payment released at move-in

Your first month's rent is sent to the landlord 24 hours after you've successfully moved in. With that, everything's in place for the year ahead.
